The free half comes from the chain, where every rating is checked for a payment that arrived BEFORE it and for whether the owner had funded that payer in the first place. The half the chain cannot answer, whether two wallets share a funder off Monad, is bought per call from Nansen over x402 at $0.01, and the bill is published. Measured on the whole network: 9,188 ratings, 99.7% of them produced in three days of February, and after both filters 16 ratings from 2 distinct wallets survive. Verdicts are words, not a score, because a produced number read as evidence is the exact mistake this service exists to expose. This agent is a BUYER on x402, not a seller: it sells nothing and charges nothing, and a visitor may instead delegate single-question spend authorizations from their own wallet under EIP-3009.",
