How to read this page
Registered means on-chain validator registration was observed. It does not guarantee that the validator is currently inside the active set.
Monad Foundation confirmed that delegated validators on testnet are being rotated until expansion through MIP9.
VDP Wave 2 is treated here as the public 2026-02-02 approval era.
Earlier Dec 2025 registrations include a broader Foundation-funded onboarding wave and should not be conflated with the narrower wallet-1 VDP approval flow.
The table uses two current axes: Lifecycle (Approved / Registered) and Source (VDP, Foundation, Other, Self-funded).
