Fresh Discord operator notes also suggest the broader VDP process is being revised, so this tracker should be read as queue intelligence rather than a guarantee of the final Foundation workflow.

What the labels mean on this page.

Approved = Foundation-approved but not yet registered.
Registered = validator registration observed on-chain.
VDP = the full approval-matched history across the dataset, including older rows outside the current public wave.
VDP-2 = the focused public `2026-02-02+` approval-era slice. It is the current-wave subset of `VDP`, not a separate unrelated category.
Pending launch = only `VDP-2` approvals that are still not registered. It does not include older pre-2026-02-02 pending VDP approvals.
Foundation = funded by known Foundation distribution wallets without a direct approval match.
Process caveat = fresh Discord operator notes suggest the broader VDP process is under revision, so use this page as live queue intelligence rather than a final promise of the next Foundation workflow.
Latest funding activity = the last observed qualifying 100,000-100,100 MON transfers from tracked Foundation funding wallets, shown as a compact public feed.
Self-funded / Other = no Foundation pattern or a different funder pattern was observed.
Stake = current live total stake from the Monad staking precompile, so it can change as delegations are added or removed.
Consensus = simple live yes/no signal for whether the validator currently has non-zero consensus stake.
Fast line = a more frequently refreshed top-line signal for the current proposer and observed active-set count, kept separate because proposer rotation is faster than the full table cadence.
All registered in active set = current observed live consensus-set count across all registered validators. It can differ from the nominal 200-seat expectation at a given moment.
